The Panama Fit Assessment is a diagnostic — it scores whether Panama is genuinely worth pursuing for your situation, flags the main risks, and points to the right next step. The Panama Strategy Blueprint assumes Panama is worth pursuing and designs the full cross-border strategy: the connected decisions, dependencies, questions to validate with licensed professionals, and the right sequence for action, delivered as a 90-minute private session plus a personalized written plan. In short, the Assessment decides whether to proceed; the Blueprint decides how. The Assessment fee is credited toward the Blueprint when booked within 45 days.

Because we are client-paid, our role is not tied to selecting a particular provider. We handle strategy and preparation: comparing options, organizing documents and banking readiness, sequencing decisions, preparing the questions that matter, coordinating the professionals, and project-managing the process through to outcome.

What we do not do — because it is regulated — is provide legal, tax, immigration, insurance, or investment advice, or approve residency or transactions. Those remain with the appropriately licensed professionals, while banking decisions and approvals remain with the relevant financial institutions. An implementation quote can bundle the expected cost of those professional services so you see one clear view of scope and total cost.

Where licensed third parties are involved — lawyers, banks, government charges, property, travel, inspection, or appraisal costs — those costs are theirs and are set out separately from our fee, so you see the full picture before committing.

Fees are earned once the corresponding work has been delivered or the engagement has begun — the Fit Assessment once the report is delivered, and the Strategy Blueprint and validation or implementation engagements once the corresponding session or work has started. Fees are not refundable once that point is reached. Any date or scope changes before that point are handled directly with our team.

The Panama Explorer is client-paid and does not rely on undisclosed commissions or referral arrangements. Any material referral fee, commission or other commercial benefit is disclosed clearly to the affected client in advance. Where permitted, feasible and practical, The Panama Explorer aims to pass or credit that benefit to the client.
