Panama Strategy & Establishment
Move your residency and banking forward together—in the right order.
Coordinate counsel, documents, appointments, banking preparation, and follow-up through one founder-led process—so you know what is ready, what remains outstanding, and what happens next.
Why coordination matters
A residency file and a banking file cannot be treated as separate decisions.
Documents, travel, professional appointments, and the explanation of your financial profile need to remain consistent. Coordinating both tracks reduces avoidable delays, repeated work, and unnecessary trips.
Residency filings can stall
Apostilles, translations, expiry dates, or document sequencing discovered too late can delay filing and require repeat work.
Banking files can fall short
An unclear account purpose or an inconsistent source-of-funds file can create additional questions, delays, or a declined application.
The two timelines can fall out of sync
When counsel, banking preparation, travel, and appointments are managed separately, important dependencies can be missed.

Execution objectives
Know what is ready, what remains outstanding, and what happens next.
The engagement keeps your residency process, banking preparation, professionals, documents, and travel plan connected through execution.
Residency process coordinated
Attorney confirmation, final checklist, document readiness, filing, appointments, status tracking, and follow-up through the applicable process.
Banking application supported
Bank selection, source-of-funds file, supporting documents, appointment and interview preparation, and application follow-up.
Dependencies kept aligned
Documents, travel, professionals, and deadlines stay connected so both processes can move forward in the right order.

How it works
Scope first. Professional confirmation. Coordinated execution.
A clear three-stage process moves the plan from private intake to an attorney-confirmed and coordinated engagement.

Share the Blueprint or existing plan, nationality, family situation, timing, financial profile, intended banking use, and known constraints.
Confirm scope and professional fit
We assess readiness, identify remaining gaps, define the likely scope, and confirm which licensed professionals are required.

Begin with a complimentary scope review.
There is no separate TPE fee for the initial review. Suitable clients receive a written proposal confirming the appropriate route, scope, professional roles, and third-party costs.
Questions before you begin
Clear professional boundaries from the start.
The scope review clarifies the engagement before any execution work or separately billed professional service begins.
Does the scope review have a separate fee?
No. The initial TPE scope review is complimentary. It determines readiness, fit, and the appropriate engagement. Formal eligibility confirmation is completed by licensed immigration counsel within an accepted route scope.
Is the Panama Strategy Blueprint fee credited toward this engagement?
Yes. The full USD 1,250 Strategy Blueprint fee is credited toward a qualifying Panama Strategy & Establishment engagement booked within 90 days of receiving your completed Blueprint. The credit applies only to the amount actually paid and has no cash value.
Doesn’t the Strategy Blueprint identify the required documents?
The Blueprint identifies preliminary document categories, preparation priorities, sequencing, and questions for professionals. The attorney-confirmed route and final personalized checklist depend on the client’s facts and are completed during Panama Strategy & Establishment execution.
Does the review guarantee a bank account?
No. Each financial institution independently applies its compliance standards and retains sole discretion over account opening, conditions, restrictions, and closure.
What is included in the route price?
The written proposal confirms the agreed TPE scope. Lawyer, government, banking, apostille, translation, and other third-party fees are billed separately by the relevant provider and identified before they are incurred.
What happens after the scope review?
If the plan is ready, you receive a proposal for the appropriate route. If material strategy or documentation gaps remain, we explain what should be resolved before execution begins.
